The Broward County Health and Sanitary Control Board (Ord. 15-233 et seq.) is a Board established by the Broward County Commissioners for the purpose of hearing Administrative Complaints typically addressing the following:
The Board is composed of ten members as follows: an elected city official appointed by the Broward League of Cities, 9 citizens, 1 appointed by each of the members of the Broward County Board of County Commissioners of which: one shall be a health care professional, and one is be a person who is licensed in one of the construction trades.
