Hollywood Beach Sweep Event

Volunteers needed to help Tobacco Free Partnership keep Hollywood Beach butt free

[Hollywood, FL] March 2, 2015 – On the second Saturday of every month from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM, volunteers meet at Charnow Park to collect litter and cigarette butts from Hollywood Beach. The next Hollywood Beach Sweep event will be held on Saturday, March 14th.

Water, gloves & bags are provided.

 

Please wear closed-toe shoes.

 

Free Parking from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

 

Kids and anyone else interested can get community service hours for participating, we get a clean beach.

 

Charnow Park is located between Garfield Street and Connecticut Street on Hollywood Beach:
