Epilepsy Medication Program

The Epilepsy Medication Program provides vital support for individuals who have no other resources for obtaining epilepsy medication. Insulin Distribution Program

The Insulin Distribution Program is offered through the Florida Department of Health which provides insulin (Novolin or Humulin) at no cost to eligible individuals. Please note that needles and syringes are not provided. For more details or to check eligibility:

Helping Emergency Responders Obtain Support (HEROS) Program (Naloxone)

The HEROS Program is available or accessible to individuals who use drugs, those with a history of drug use, people at risk of overdose, as well as friends, family members, and others who may witness an overdose.

Needle Collection

Two DOH-Broward pharmacies serve as community points of contact for the Needle Collection Program. Four additional pharmacies also participate as needle collection sites in Broward County as part of the Needle Collection Program.
