ADAP provides essential medication support for eligible individuals.

The Epilepsy Medication Program provides vital support for individuals who have no other resources for obtaining epilepsy medication. Eligibility determination is required, and a list of covered medications is available in the Epilepsy Medication Program Application. For more details or to check eligibility:

• Call 954-467-4875 and ask to speak with an eligibility counselor. The eligibility counselor is located at the Fort Lauderdale Health Center Pharmacy at 2421 SW 6th Ave., Clinic Building A, First Floor, Room 22, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33315.
• Review the Epilepsy Medication Program form for requirements and required documentation that will be needed for approval process:

The Insulin Distribution Program is offered through the Florida Department of Health which provides insulin (Novolin or Humulin) at no cost to eligible individuals. Please note that needles and syringes are not provided. For more details or to check eligibility:

The HEROS Program is available or accessible to individuals who use drugs, those with a history of drug use, people at risk of overdose, as well as friends, family members, and others who may witness an overdose.
