Eligibility and Costs

Dental services are available for children and young adults, ages 2-20 years. For children who are not covered by Medicaid or other insurance, dental fees are determined on a sliding fee scale based on family income.

Dental services are available for adults referred by the Memorial Healthcare System’s Primary Care Clinic.
