ADAP provides essential medication support for eligible individuals.

The Epilepsy Medication Program provides vital support for individuals who have no other resources for obtaining epilepsy medication.

For more details or to check eligibility:

• Call 954-467-4875 and ask to speak with an eligibility counselor. The eligibility counselor is located at the Fort Lauderdale Health Center Pharmacy in clinic building A on the first floor in room 22.
• Review the application for eligibility requirements and documentation:

The Insulin Distribution Program provides insulin (Novolin or Humulin) at no cost to eligible individuals. Please note that needles and syringes are not provided.

The DOH-Broward Fort Lauderdale Health Center Pharmacy serves as a community point of contact for the Needle Collection Program. Four additional pharmacies also participate as needle collection sites in Broward County.
