The Epilepsy Medication Program provides vital support for individuals who have no other resources for obtaining epilepsy medication.

• Call 954-467-4875 and ask to speak with an eligibility counselor. The eligibility counselor is located at the Fort Lauderdale Health Center Pharmacy in clinic building A on the first floor in room 22.
• Review the application for eligibility requirements and documentation:

The Insulin Distribution Program provides insulin (Novolin or Humulin) at no cost to eligible individuals. Please note that needles and syringes are not provided.
